At Vanguard Classical School, our volunteers seek to enhance the experiences of all of our students, staff and parents. We encourage our volunteers to partner with the school and our Board of Directors to help make the school all that it can be. As a Vanguard parent/guardian, we do not require you to volunteer, however we encourage you to volunteer at least 20 hours per year in some capacity. Your help is always appreciated; no matter how you choose to participate.
For the continued safety of our children, we complete reference and background checks on all individuals who volunteer in our school. Every volunteer wears a name badge and checks in and out at the Front Desk. To become a volunteer, please download the appropriate forms below. Once you have turned in your forms, you will be notified in approximately 1 – 2 weeks when you are eligible to volunteer.
Forms must be turned in at the campus where you will be volunteering in person, accompanied by a valid form of identification (driver’s license, state ID, or passport). Individuals will be notified when they are eligible to volunteer. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Once you have turned in your forms, you’ll be able to log and track your volunteer hours in the log book at the front desk. All hours count on or off campus. Please contact your campus Volunteer Coordinator with any questions.
